For GoodLeap:

  1. Verify Information: Double-check the credit application details. Common errors include:

    • Incorrect Date of Birth (DOB)

    • Mistyped phone number

    • Incorrect last 4 digits of SSN.

  2. Phone Number Glitch: Be aware that GoodLeap currently has a system glitch where some new phone area codes might trigger a validation error. If faced with this issue:

    • Contact GoodLeap directly.

    • Use an alternate phone number.

  3. Consents & Signatures: Ensure all disclosures and consents are checked. Additionally, remember to sign the application. Make sure to click 'save' before attempting to submit.

For Mosaic:

  1. Verify Information: Confirm that your details, like DOB, phone number, and the last 4 digits of SSN, are accurate.

  2. Consents & Submission: Ensure you've checked all consents and disclosures, and then click 'submit'.

For Dividend:

  1. Input Correct Information: Just as with the other financiers, ensure you have input the correct DOB, phone number, and last 4 digits of SSN.
