Adding Users and Sending Invitations

Learn how to add users and send invitations for automated onboarding.

To add users to your Pipe Solar organization and send them an invitation to complete the automated onboarding process, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the User tab:

    • Click the "User" tab in the left column sidebar.

    • Make sure the "Internal" tab is selected, not the "Dealers" tab.

  2. Invite Users:

    • Click the "Invite Users" button.

    • A popup will appear to enter user details.

  3. Enter User Information:

    • Fill in the user's first and last name, role, email address, and redline.

  4. Select Onboarding Steps:

    • Personal Profile

    • Home Address

    • W9 Form

    • Direct Deposit Authorization

    • Rep Agreements

    • Emergency Contact

    *Note: To integrate your own Rep agreement, please contact our team at [email protected].

  5. Send Invitation:

    • After selecting the onboarding steps and filling in the user information, click "Invite".

    • The users will receive an invitation email to complete the automated onboarding flow.

By following these steps, you can quickly and easily invite users to join your Pipe Solar installer account.
