Setting Up Your Equipments & Adders

Follow these simple steps to set up your equipment after completing the onboarding process:

  1. Go to Settings:

    • Navigate to the "Settings" menu in your Pipe Solar account.

  2. Set up equipment:

    • Click the "Equipment" tab.

    • Add solar panels: Click "New Module".

    • Add inverters: Click "New Inverter".

    • Add adders: Click "New Adder".

  3. Add solar panels:

    • Enter the manufacturer, wattage, module dimensions (in meters), and height.

    • Optionally, set as default and/or add as an adder with a custom price per watt.

  4. Add inverters:

    • Enter the inverter type (micro inverter or not), rated output power (in watts), and inverter efficiency.

    • Optionally, set as default and/or add as an adder.

  5. Add adders:

    • Manage existing adders or create new ones by selecting the pricing type, name, description, price, and additional flat fee.

    • Choose to display under "Additional Services" on the proposal page, show on the "Very Common" tab, or add as a reward.

By following these steps, you'll have your organization's equipment set up and ready to go. Remember to invite your users and sales reps to use the Pipe Solar platform for a seamless solar design and proposal experience.
