How to Add Users in Pipe Solar
Easily add users to your Pipe Solar account by following these simple steps. Customization options may differ for each organization.
1. Access the User tab
Locate the User tab in the sidebar on your dashboard
2. Invite users
Click the "Invite Users" button
3. Input user information and onboarding details
Provide the user's first and last name, email address, and any other required information
If applicable, include onboarding steps such as W9, direct deposit, and representative agreements
Customization options may vary per organization
Your new users will receive an invitation email with instructions on how to complete their onboarding process.
