1. How to download Shade Reports
On the Design page, you will see the download icon for shade reports. Once clicked, please select "Full Download PDF"
The download usually takes about 1-3 minutes. You can leave the design page and the shade report will automatically save to your computer once it is ready.
2. How to download Production Model
On the Design page, change the URL parameter from q=ai to q=pro to enter the pro design mode where you can screen capture the production model.
After the pro design window opens, click the second chart icon on the navigation bar called Project Info, then open the main segment where the panels are placed instead of Overview, and you will see the simulation settings where you can take a screenshot for uploading to the LightReach design package.

You have successfully downloaded the Shade Report and Production Model. Now, go into your LightReach Portal and upload both files to the design package, then submit them for review!
