How to Add Incentive Settings (Installer Admins)

Easily add, customize, and configure incentives directly to your proposals. This update lets you manage cost-based, production-based, system-size, and fixed-amount incentives

What’s New

Easily create and apply incentives with four types:

  • Cost-Based (e.g. 10% State Tax Credit)

  • Production-Based (e.g. SRECs; $0.53 per kWh)

  • System Size (e.g. $0.20 per watt)

  • Fixed Amount (e.g. $2,000 state rebate)

Step 1: Add Incentives from Settings

  1. Go to Settings → Incentives

  2. Click New Incentive

  3. Enter:

    • Name (e.g., Federal Tax Credit, Maryland SREC)

    • State

    • Type (choose from: Cost-Based, Production-Based, System Size, or Fixed Amount)

  4. Click Create

Step 2: Apply Incentives on the Proposal Page

  1. Open a Proposal

  2. Click top right menu and click Incentives Tab

  3. Choose which incentives to apply (from your settings)

  4. Your Incentive Price and Net System Price will automatically update in real-time

Your proposal will now automatically calculate incentives and show customers a clear breakdown of savings — helping you close deals faster with transparent pricing.
