1. Open LightReach Settings

Go to Settings, click the Proposals tab, locate LightReach, and then click the Settings button.

2. Request LightReach Activation

Before connecting, LightReach requires consent via email. Send an email to address shown in the window:

Use the subject line:

Activation Request: Pipe–LightReach Integration

Include this text in your email:

I approve the connection between my Palmetto LightReach account and the Pipe Solar integration and request that my Palmetto LightReach organization alias be provided for integration.

I would also like to enable project mapping for all of the sub organizations.

Once LightReach provides your alias, enter it in the Palmetto LightReach Alias field, agree to the terms, and click Submit.

IMPORTANT!!

For any new dealers you onboard after granted initial permission above, you will need to reach out to [email protected] each time they are onboarded to Pipe in order to receive their org alias and enable sub-org mapping. We know this is a tedious task but we have to adhere to LightReach sub-orgs permission policy.

3. Map Modules

  • Go to Settings > Equipments and select your existing modules.

  • Map the LightReach Manufacturer and Model Name, then click Update.

4. Map Inverters

  • Next, select Existing Inverters to begin the inverter mapping process.

  • Match each inverter’s LightReach Manufacturer and Model Name, then click Update to save.

5. That's It! Your LightReach integration is now live ✅

If you hav sub-organizations in your LightReach portal, please read this guide on mapping sub-orgs to your dealers inside Pipe Solar

We are excited to support Lightreach integration. If you have any issues or questions, please reach out to [email protected]
