LightReach Basics: Mapping Dealers to Sub-Orgs (Installer Admins)

Learn how to map dealers to the correct LightReach sub-organization. This guide walks you through the setup process step by step.

1. Go into Users and click into Dealers tab

2. Click three vertical dots and click LightReach Org

3. Select the list of LightReach Sub Organization's name from the dropdown and click Update

Make sure the sub-orgs you wish to map have been enabled on the LightReach. Email [email protected] for the enablement.
